From quote to final files.
Review and proposal
Your review comes with a written proposal: package, level, price, and timeline. Your Full Review fee is credited toward your package. Quotes are good for 14 days.
50% deposit
The deposit starts the work. Work doesn’t begin until it arrives.
Preview, then balance
When your resume is done, you’ll get a layout preview showing your finished design and a summary of what’s inside. Once the balance is paid, your final files are sent right away.
Final files
Paid in full? Your final files are sent the moment they’re done.

On-time promise
If I’m late, you pay less.
If your first draft is late, you get 10% off for each business day it’s late. At 5 business days late, you get a full refund and still receive your finished package. The clock starts when your deposit and complete intake are in, pauses while I’m waiting on you, and covers the first-draft date in your quote. If a 48-hour rush is late, the rush fee is refunded first.

How do the service discounts work?
Military and first responders (fire, law enforcement, EMS, 911 dispatch, corrections, ER techs, and emergency, trauma, ICU, and flight nurses) get 20% off every service, rounded down to the dollar. Tell me when you reach out, and your quote will show the standard price beside your discounted price. Back from an active deployment in the last year? Welcome home. Your resume package is on me. Just send me a quick note before you order.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. Ask during the quote conversation and I’ll invoice your employer directly.
Is my payment information safe?
I don’t see or store card or bank numbers. Payments go through the card processor or payment app directly.
What if I need to cancel?
Tell me as soon as you can. Refunds follow the Terms of Service: a full refund before your intake is submitted, a prorated refund after intake but before the draft, and after the draft is delivered, a case-by-case review.
