Proposal and deposit
Pick your package from the proposal. Quotes are good for 14 days. A 50% deposit starts the work, and your review fee comes off the price.
Intake
A private online questionnaire, done on your schedule. No calls needed. The clock starts once your answers are in.
Draft and refine
Your turnaround is set in your quote. Some drafts are ready in one business day; bigger projects take longer. Revisions per your package, then final files and the balance due.
