By the job you’re applying for, not your past titles. Entry is entry-level and frontline jobs. Mid is skilled trade, lead, supervisor, and professional jobs. Senior is managers and long-career roles below director. Executive is director and up. I confirm your level on your quote.

No. A posting link helps, but a specific description works too. “Kitchen manager at a hotel restaurant, about 20 staff” tells me what to aim for. “Manager” doesn’t.

For every job you’ve held: the company, your exact job title, and the location. I write from what you give me. I don’t guess or make up information.

No. I’m not a recruiter or a headhunter. You find the jobs you want to go after. I guide you through it and translate your past into the language of where you’re going, so you’re ready when you apply.

A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is due when your files are done. I take electronic payment (Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and all major cards), plus Zelle. Other options, we can talk about. If finances are a concern, talk with me before you order.

A polished PDF of your resume and cover letter. Some online applications only accept Word files. If you run into one, a Word version is $25 to $49, depending on your level.

Military and first responders get 20% off every service. Repeat clients get 15% off a future package once their last order is closed (not on Retargets). Refer a friend and they get $10 off their first package, and you get a $20 credit once they pay. The service discount can be combined with other offers; other offers don’t combine with each other. If you receive SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, unemployment, or similar benefits, ask me about the community rate. Aging out of foster care? Your resume is free through age 19.

No. Everything runs by email and a private online questionnaire, so you can answer on your own schedule.

Your turnaround is in your quote, based on your package and how much we’re building. Some drafts are ready in one business day; bigger projects take longer. The clock starts once your questionnaire and any follow-up answers are in. Rush delivery is 48 hours for 50% more.

Rank Check includes one round of revisions, and the other packages include two. Every revision request comes with a short revision questionnaire so I know exactly what to change. The business-day clock stops until it comes back, then starts again.

If your first draft is late, you get 10% off for each business day it’s late. At 5 business days late, you get a full refund and still receive your finished package. The clock starts when your deposit and complete intake are in and pauses while I’m waiting on you.
